Jewellery Warranty against defects
PANDORA will at our option, repair or replace, jewellery proven by our jewellers to be defective due to the manufacturing process within 12 months after the date of purchase.
Jewellery Warranty exclusions
The warranty against defects does not cover loss, damage, breakage, changes in appearance, kinks, or the gradual degradation of all or part of the goods due to normal wear, mishap, careless handling, improper use, the use of charms or items not manufactured by Pandora or use outside Pandora’s care instructions. Tarnishing occurs naturally and therefore, cleaning is not covered by the warranty.
The international warranty on your PANDORA timepiece covers any malfunction arising from defective parts or manufacturing defects occurring within three years after the date of purchase. In the rare event that a malfunction occurs and PANDORA is unable to repair the timepiece, PANDORA guarantees to replace your watch with a PANDORA watch of identical or similar characteristics.

Watch Warranty exclusions
The warranty against defects does not cover loss, damage, breakage, changes in appearance or the gradual degradation of all or part of the goods due to extensive or harsh wear, mishap, abuse, careless handling, improper use, an accident (knocks, dents, crushing etc), damage caused by the use of batteries other than those supplied by PANDORA or used outside Pandora’s care instructions. Crystal, crown, battery, strap and bracelet are excluded from the Warranty.
Any service or repair must be carried out by an authorised PANDORA service centre. Failure to do so will void your warranty.
Making a warranty claim
Proof of purchase
Proof of purchase in the form of Jewellery Authenticity Card, Watch Warranty Card plus a store register receipt, gift receipt, credit card, bank statement or tax invoice is required before we will process any warranty claim.
How to make a warranty claim and access our jewellery maintenance service:
** Do not send your jewellery directly to PANDORA head office**
You will need to take your jewellery and your proof of purchase, at your cost, to the place of purchase. If you are unable to take your jewellery to the place of purchase you may be charged transport and postage costs by the retailer. If the retailer and PANDORA are satisfied that the warranty claim is valid the retailer will at its option arrange for the repair or replacement of the jewellery. The retailer will advise you of your repair options (if any) and the retailer’s charges in the event that your warranty claim is not accepted by PANDORA.
Australian Consumer Law
The PANDORA warranty against defects provides benefits in addition to the rights and remedies to which you are entitled under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. [Note: “major failure” has a specific meaning under the Australian Consumer Law.]
