All PANDORA jewellery products are covered by a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Black Crown Diamond Watches are covered under an international 3-year warranty.
Wearing counterfeit or non-PANDORA charms can damage PANDORA bracelets and will void the warranty. PANDORA will not replace, fix, or repair a product that has been used with non-PANDORA products. Stretching of PANDORA chains and bracelets is not considered a manufacturing defect. Do not expose your PANDORA products to harsh chemicals or environments. Silver pieces are given detail by oxidation. Exposure to harsh chemicals or environments can alter the appearance of your PANDORA product. These types of chemicals include, but are not limited to, liquid silver polish, pools, hot tubs, and spas.
General wear and tear, misuse and tarnishing are not covered under the warranty.
Black Crown Diamond watches from PANDORA are designed to ensure low maintenance and have a long life expectancy, as do their batteries, which last up to six years. These watches come with a 3 year international warranty.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damages caused by accidents, mishandling, improper or abusive use (knocks, dents, crushing, etc.) or use of batteries other than those specified by PANDORA. The crystal, crown, strap and/or bracelet are excluded from the warranty.
What do I do if my PANDORA jewellery is lost or stolen?
The warranty does not cover lost or stolen items. We recommend the use of safety chains on bracelets and insurance coverage is advisable on all valuable jewellery.
My PANDORA jewellery is damaged. What should I do?
We politely request that faulty or damaged items are returned to a PANDORA retailer so they can be sent to our Repairs and Services Department for evaluation. We would advise that you return to the store where the item was originally purchased. If this is inconvenient, please contact any PANDORA retailer for assistance. Our retail partners will keep you updated with the progress of your repair/replacement and the item will be returned to the store when the assessment/repair is complete.
Can my PANDORA jewellery be repaired?
This depends on the work required and will be evaluated on assessment. We offer repair service, which includes clasps replacement, fixing clasps, re-threading of charms, removing stuck beads and tightening clips and clasps.
A small fee may be required for repairs made for items outside of the warranty or where there is no proof of purchase.
