RETURNS & EXCHANGES
During the Christmas period we would like to extend the return and exchange policy.
Any products (excluding Earrings) purchased from the Monday 30th October 2017 can be returned and exchanged up to and including Sunday 14th January 2018. This will overwrite the standard 30 day rule.
From Monday 15th January 2018 the policy will revert back to the standard 30 days from the date of purchase. All other Return and Exchange terms on the till receipts remain the same.
How do I return my PANDORA jewellery?
You will need to visit the PANDORA store where the item(s) were purchased in order to receive a refund. A valid proof of purchase must be presented within 30 days of purchase and the items must be as new. Please note that pierced earrings including earring pendants are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety. Multi-branded retailers and stockists will adhere to their own refund policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
How do I exchange my PANDORA jewellery?
PANDORA stores are happy to exchange any items purchased from any PANDORA store and the authorised PANDORA eSTORE (estore-uk.pandora.net). A valid proof of purchase must be present within 30 days of purchase and the items must be as new. Pierced earrings including earring pendants are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety. Multi-branded retailers and stockists will adhere to their own exchange policy. This does not affect your statutory rights..
Can I return or exchange PANDORA jewellery purchased using a gift card or eGift card?
PANDORA stores will return or exchange jewellery purchased using a gift card or eGift card. A valid proof of purchase must be presented within 30 days of purchase and the items must be as new. The amount refunded will be put back on to a gift card.
I don’t have a receipt. Can I still receive a refund, or exchange my PANDORA jewellery?
A receipt valid within 30 days of purchase must be presented to receive a full refund. We cannot offer a refund or exchange without a valid receipt.
STORE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES – TERMS & CONDITIONS
Items to be exchanged or refunded must be returned in saleable condition with a valid receipt within 30 days from the date of purchase (or 30 days from the date of delivery if purchased from the PANDORA e-store).
All Sale items are exchangeable only within 14 days of the date of purchase. Sale items purchased in store (not including online) may be exchanged, but not refunded.
Items bought within a multi-buy or promotional offer must all be returned together with a valid receipt. PANDORA may also require the return of any gift item(s) also associated with the offer. Individual items from gift or bundle sets cannot be returned.
Any refunds will be issued from the store of purchase by the original payment method to the value of the item printed on the original receipt. If the payment method was by card please ensure the card holder is present.
Pierced earrings including earring pendants are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for reasons of hygiene and safety, unless faulty.
We cannot offer an exchange or refund for personalised items or items that have been re-sized.
Please retain your original receipt to guarantee the manufacturing warranty on your product. This does not affect your statutory rights.
No refunds or exchanges are offered within the PANDORA Bicester Outlet (except where goods are faulty and not sold to you as faulty).
We cannot offer an exchange or refund for items which have not been purchased from an Authorised PANDORA retailer in the UK.
