What services do you offer?
The PANDORA Repairs and Services Department provides services such as cleaning and polishing, re-oxidising, rhodium plating, removal of scratches, ring re-sizing (depending on the ring design), bracelet or necklace shortening and an annual service check including checking of any stone settings. These services will be at a small cost. Charges must be paid to a PANDORA retailer.

Selected PANDORA stores offer an engraving service on a small selection of charms. Engraving is available at the following PANDORA stores:
