1. THESE RULES
1.1 These terms and conditions are the rules ("Rules") that apply to the PANDORA Shine™ "VIP Launch Event" ("Event", or "Events" collectively). By purchasing a ticket for an Event ("Ticket" or "Tickets"), you agree to be bound by these Rules. It is a condition of participation in the Event that all Rules are accepted as final.
1.2 The Event is organised by Pandora Jewellery UK Limited of 33 George Street, London W1U 3BH ("PANDORA"). PANDORA is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 06654012.
1.3 These Rules are additional to PANDORA's standard Terms and Conditions http://www.pandora.net/en-gb/company/terms, which continue to apply. If there is a conflict between these Rules and PANDORA's standard Terms and Conditions, these Rules will take priority to the extent necessary to resolve the conflict.
1.4 These Rules are also additional to Eventbrite, Inc.'s ("Eventbrite") Terms and Conditions.
1.5 In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules or the Event, the decision of PANDORA shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
1.6 The Events are not endorsed by Eventbrite and PANDORA claims no association with Eventbrite. Third party trade mark rights are acknowledged.
1.7 Your attention is drawn to the limitations of liability contained in these Rules.
2. PURCHASING A TICKET
2.1 Tickets can be purchased by residents of the United Kingdom ("UK"), the Channel Islands ("CI") and the Isle of Man ("IoM") who are aged 18 years or over, but excluding employees of PANDORA and employees belonging to its Franchise partners, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the event.
2.2 The opportunity to purchase Tickets on Eventbrite's website to one of the Events opens at 12:00 on 07/03/18 and closes at 12:00 on 13/03/18 ("Purchasing Period"). Eventbrite should send your Ticket immediately once payment has been processed. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact Eventbrite's customer services team.
2.3 The Events are only taking place in the below stores:

(the "Participating Stores"). The Event is not taking place at any other store.
2.4 Tickets cost £10 per person and (subject to Rule 3.9 below) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2.5 There are 30 Tickets available for each Participating Store. No more than two Tickets can be purchased per person. The purchaser of the Tickets must be present on entry to the Event. The Tickets cannot be sold on or duplicated. Only valid and verified Tickets will be accepted as entry to the Event. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt Tickets, or Tickets sent through agencies and third parties, will not be accepted. No responsibility is accepted for lost or incorrect Tickets.
2.6 To purchase a Ticket to an Event you must complete the booking process on www.eventbrite.co.uk for the appropriate store event page. You will only receive an email with a link to this page if you have signed up to our newsletters.
3. THE EVENT
3.1 The Events are taking place on 14/03/18 only.
3.2 A valid Ticket grants the holder:
3.2.1 Exclusive access to, and the ability to purchase from, PANDORA's new collection on the day before the general public.
3.2.2 The right to offset the £10 Ticket price against purchases made at the Participating Store during the time specified on the Ticket.
3.2.3 A glass of bubbles on arrival.
3.2.4 A goodie bag worth approximately £20-£25 (RRP).
3.2.5 Access to a make-up artist, nail technician or hair stylist during the event (if available, and on a first come, first serve basis with no guarantee that all such services will be provided at each Participating Store).
3.3 The Ticket excludes any food and drinks other than listed at 3.2. The Ticket holder (and anyone attending with them) must be able to present a current and valid form of picture ID (passport or driver's licence) belonging to and resembling themselves if asked to show it on arrival at the Event, without which they may be refused entry. All Ticket holders will need to show their Ticket on arrival, either on their phone or printed.
3.4 It is the responsibility of the Ticket holder to; (i) organise and pay costs associated with travel and transport to the appropriate PANDORA store (as specified on the ticket) for the Event; and (ii) ensure that they adhere to the itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by PANDORA.
3.5 It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to inform PANDORA of any wheelchair or similar access requirements before the Event and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines. All PANDORA stores are Equality Act 2010 compliant where possible.
3.6 We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges or transfer the tickets to a third party, even if the purchaser has purchased a Ticket to the wrong Event or Participating Store.
3.7 All elements of the Ticket and Event are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives for the package included at the Ticket or Event.
3.8 Circumstances may occur that render the Events themselves or the ticket purchasing process impossible due to reasons beyond the control of PANDORA and accordingly may at its absolute discretion, vary or amend the Event and purchasing process and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to PANDORA as a result, except as set out in Rule 4.3 below.
3.9 If PANDORA cancels the Event or makes significant changes to the Event, the Ticket holder may be entitled to a refund of the Ticket price. This does not affect the Ticket holder's legal rights.
3.10 PANDORA and the Participating Stores reserve the right to refuse entry or to ask any person to leave a Participating Store if there are reasonable grounds to believe that such person is using a fraudulent or stolen Ticket, or for any other lawful reason, including drunk, disorderly or unruly behaviour, or failure to comply with these Rules.
3.11 The Ticket holders will receive no fees in relation to their attendance at the Event. All costs incurred by obtaining time off work or study to attend an Event are the responsibility of the Ticket holder. PANDORA accepts no responsibility for any costs incurred.
3.12 The Ticket holder must not have any limitations upon their ability or rights to travel around the UK, CI, IoM. The right to refuse entry to the Event is held at the discretion of the PANDORA Store Manager and the Event Manager on duty at applicable Participating Store. PANDORA is not responsible for ensuring the Ticket holders ability to travel and is not responsible for any costs incurred should entry be refused by PANDORA or any operators of the Participating Stores.
4. GOVERNING LAW AND LIABILITY
4.1 These Rules are governed by English Law and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. However, residents of Scotland may bring proceedings in the Courts of Scotland or England and Wales. Residents of other jurisdictions may bring proceedings in their relevant local courts.
4.2 Subject to Rule 4.3 below, PANDORA and all other Participating Store operators accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any person as a result of the purchase of a Ticket or their attempted attendance at an Event.
4.3 Nothing in these Rules shall exclude PANDORA's or any other Participating Store operator's liability for: (i) death or personal injury arising from its negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (iii) defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987; or (iv) any other liability that may not be lawfully limited or excluded. Further, nothing in these Rules shall affect participants' legal rights including in relation to Ticket purchases, the Event and any PANDORA or third party products or services purchased or received as complimentary gifts.
4.4 By taking part in this Promotion, participants agree that PANDORA and all other Participating Store operators shall not bear any liability for: (i) the loss, theft or misuse of any gift or other product; or (ii) any damage in any way attributable to the Event, subject to Rule 4.3 above.
4.5 The Event Tickets and any website on which these Rules are posted are only intended to be accessed from the UK, CI or the IoM. PANDORA does not make any representation that materials relating to the Event are appropriate or available for use at other locations. Access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is strictly prohibited. Any person who views these Rules from outside the UK, CI or IoM is responsible for compliance with all local laws.
4.6 PANDORA will not reimburse the Ticket holder in the form of cash, an alternative event ticket or cash equivalent where the Ticket holder fails to attend for any reason.
5. PERSONAL DATA
5.3 Please note that there may be photographs being taken and video footage being recorded at the Events and that by purchasing a Ticket and/or attending an Event, you acknowledge you may be photographed or filmed and are consenting to this.
5.4 The ticket holder may be asked to participate in publicity and may be featured in content displayed in PANDORA stores throughout the UK. Ticket holders are able to decline their participation in this.
