How do I exchange my PANDORA jewelry?

PANDORA is happy to exchange any items purchased from any PANDORA stores. A valid proof of purchase must be present within 14 days of purchase and the items must be in a brand new and unworn condition. Earrings, earring hooks are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene.

We can only offer exchanges for items that have been purchased from PANDORA stores in Singapore (excluding all Changi Airport stores).

All Sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.


Does my PANDORA jewelry have a warranty / guarantee?

PANDORA will repair or replace manufacturing faults free of charge up to 1 year from the original date of purchase for PANDORA jewelry. Please retain your receipt or pass it on to the gift recipient, as the original proof of purchase is the warranty.

Please note that parts of wood, leather, glass and string items have a warranty of up to 30 days from date of purchase.

Wearing counterfeit charms, or charms by other brands on your PANDORA bracelet could damage the unique threading system and will void the warranty.

What do I do if my PANDORA jewelry is lost or stolen?

The warranty does not entitle you to replacement or refund for lost or stolen items. We recommend the use of safety chains on bracelets. General wear and tear, misuse and tarnishing are not covered under the warranty. <>

My PANDORA jewelry is damaged. What should I do?

We politely request that faulty or damaged items are returned to a PANDORA store to be sent to our Repairs and Services Department for assessment. We would advise that you return to the store where the item was originally purchased from. However if this is inconvenient for you, we would advise you to return to any PANDORA store for assistance. The store will be able to keep you up to date with the progress of your repair/replacement and the item will be returned to the store when the assessment/repair is complete.

Can my PANDORA jewelry be repaired?

This depends on the work required and will be evaluated on assessment. We offer a repairs service including replacing clasps, fixing clasps, soldering work, re-threading of charms, removing stuck beads and tightening clips and clasps. If your jewelry is outside of the warranty or where there is no proof of purchase, these services will be chargeable. Charges must be paid to a PANDORA store. In some circumstances it may not be possible to repair the damage caused.
